On Saturday 21st June 2014 hundreds of protesters gathered outside Harrods and Roberto Cavalli store on Sloane Street in London. The simultaneous demonstrations were highly effective. The protesters all took the opportunity to stand up for their logo and to raise awareness of the trademark infringement.
The campaign was so effective that hundreds of passer-bys’ singed the petition and vowed to boycott the brand. Several shoppers actually returned item they had bought from Roberto Cavalli and protested alongside the hundreds of Sufis.
If there is one thing the London demo on Saturday proved, it was that the demos are really having an impact and we wont stop until we have our logo back.
